Always use the oldest milk first. Our date labels make it easy — just check the kraft tag and grab the earliest date. This ensures baby always gets the freshest possible milk.

Lay bags flat on a tray until frozen, then stack vertically like books to save space. A single freezer shelf can hold 20+ bags when stored this way.

Fill to max 200ml to allow for expansion during freezing. The 260ml/9oz capacity gives you plenty of headroom so the bag won’t stretch or strain.
